Typography: Plinth by Alistair McCready at Monolith type foundry. The typeface was custom designed for the publication, based on an unreleased concept typeface by Monolith type foundry.

The book hits the mark with every aspect of its design and production – photography, design and typography, reproduction quality, materials and binding.
